- Visual inspections only: No invasive/technical testing (roof climbing, electrical testing, plumbing diagnostics, mold testing).
- No repairs included: Repairs and vendor services require separate authorization and may be billed by vendors.
- Emergency response: When possible; billed separately; not guaranteed during hazardous conditions.
- Access: Owner provides access method and discloses alarms/cameras/pets and special instructions.
